Early pace setters Hot Pool saw their run for Senior Pool League dented further after falling to lowly Boat Pool Club 9-16 over the weekend.
 
It was the fourth loss, two in a row for the formerly invincible Ntinda side after another surprise loss to Anchors two weeks ago. Hot Pool earlier on, lost to Scrap Buyers and Indigo Pool Club in the first round.

In the wake of Hot Pool woes, Scrap Buyers stretched their lead to six points after trouncing Capital Night 16-9. The Kisenyi side went clear at 51 points.

Scrap buyers made the win look easy in Bukoto with Matovu Navy  recording a break and finish along the way.

The race however, remains between the top four clubs including defending champions Skin Samona and CKI who beat Club Klein 15-10.
