Uganda Police Force has warned criminals not to dare disturb the peace of Uganda Cranes fans at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole on Sunday.

It is nearly a routine that individuals or groups who pose as football fans vandalise cars of even rob supporters especially after the game.

While addressing the FUFA weekly press conference on Wednesday, Police public relations officer for Kampala Metropolitan Emilian Kayima said that they would crackdown on any individual or groups plotting to disrupt peace at the game.

"We are going to deploy massively as far as the Electoral Commission in town and Bweyogerere on Jinja Road. If they are going to disturb the peace, then some of us will have no business talking to Ugandans again. Some of us will have to go," Kayima said.

FUFA and the Police will conclude the security plan by giving out the traffic flow strategy around Namboole on Thursday.

They have already banned cars from the parking yards.
