Baguma charged, remanded to Kigo Prison

He appeared before Grade 1 Magistrate, Joan Aciro, who read to him 3 counts: murder, aggravated robbery and kidnap with intent to murder.

 

Former Central Police Station Commander, Aaron Baguma, has been charged and remanded to Kigo Prison over Pine car bond murder.

At 2:15pm Baguma in company of his lawyer Abraham Mpumwire, Baguma handed himself in to Buganda Road Magistrates Court.

He appeared before Grade 1 Magistrate, Joan Aciro, who read to him 3 counts: murder, aggravated robbery and kidnap with intent to murder.

Baguma was barred from taking plea to the charges which can only be tried by the High Court.
