The 2nd African Ministers of Health session on Palliative Care and 5th International African Palliative Care conference started Tuesday at Speke Resort Munyonyo, where the Prime Minister of Uganda, Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda called for more investment in the inclusive and all-round pain relief services.
