Thousands grace Radio West Ekinihiro activations

Thousands of Radio West fans from different parts of Kabale district thronged Kabale Police Grounds in Kabale Municipality to attend Akasiki ka Radio West (Radio West Ekinihiro activations).
The activation is one of the Radio activities held in preparation for grand ‘Ekinihiro Kya Radio West Rurongoora' slated for this Saturday at Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara district. This will be Radio west's 17th anniversary since it was started in 1999.
A lucky winner at the Ekinihiro will go home with a new brand car (Toyota Premio) along with many others prizes that will be given out on that day.
Last year, over 40,000 people attended Ekinihiro but according to Alex Mugarura the Vision Group Mbarara Bureau marketing manager, this year's number is expected to shoot up with new innovations where every person to attend will be served free meet.
Sponsors, Coca Cola, Movit and GoTV have also vowed to give out lots of prizes on that day.

On Wednesday, activations will be held in Isingiro district and in Bushenyi on Thursday while on Friday a grand activation and street bash will be held in Mbarara town.
