Kampala Ultimate fired up for Frisbee tourney in Kenya

Kampala Ultimate Frisbee club are fired up ahead of the second edition of Lake Victoria Grass Ultimate Tournament on July 9-10 in Kisumu, Kenya.

The team which is making its first appearance at the tournament will bank on the services of Charity Ineza, Umar Katumba, Stephanie Bolton, Brian Kaswa and Jamil Kisubi.

Kisubi has grown into both a good handler and cutter and certainly he could inspire Kampala to another major win in the region of East Africa.

"The team is set to compete at the tournament and definitely we have what it takes to win." Said Brian Kaswa, who doubles as Kampala player and chairman, Uganda Ultimate Frisbee association.

The two day event will attract Kampala Ultimate, Kisumu ultimate, Bungoma Ultimate, One Acre Fund, defending Champions Nairobi Ultimate among others.
