Most times, complaining and waiting on government has not yielded much or the need has most times overwhelmed the available interventions.

But some women in rural areas have resolved to do something than wait on government intervention.

The village women saving schemes are taking root in rural Uganda and many women are being saved from the brutal jaws of death that was largely a result of failure to access health facilities in time for delivery.
