UAE Exchange hosts Grand Iftar for public

Keeping the spirit of togetherness during this holy month of Ramadan, UAE Exchange in association with Xpress Money hosted a Grand Iftar for the general public at the Uganda National Mosque.

His Eminence the Deputy Mufti Sheikh Khatwibu Mukuluwakika along with the Member of College of Sheikhs, Sheikh Anasi Sessimba, and Mr. Sande Steven, Head of Customer Care-UAE Exchange Uganda officiated the grand opening amidst an august gathering. Over 1200 people came together to partake in the iftar meal.

Speaking on the occasion, UnniKrishnan, Regional Head - Africa, UAE Exchange said, "Ramadan is a time of giving and sharing. It gives us an opportunity to serve people beyond our customer base and we are glad to be able to host it for the fourth consecutive year."
