UTTA sign deal with sports apparel maker Stag

Kayongo replaced Robert Jjagwe who was disposed from office by his own executive members after accusations of gross mismanagement.

Uganda Table Tennis Association president Douglas Kayongo has said that his executive has struck a four year deal with Table Tennis equipment supplying company Stag to provide Uganda with playing kits and equipment.

Addressing a press conference at MUBS guest house in Kampala on Tuesday, Kayongo who was flanked by his general secretary Hillary Kimbugwe,  said that Stag has agreed to provide the Uganda national team, kits, tables and chairs for officials among other equipment.

Kayongo replaced Robert Jjagwe who was disposed from office by his own executive members after accusations of gross mismanagement.

Both NCS and Kayondo have advised Jjagwe to abandon his struggles in the courts of law to restore harmony in the sport.
