Today in history: URA freezes Makerere account over tax arrears

Revenue Authority (URA) froze the Makerere University's bank account over sh1.1b tax arrears. Then University secretary  David Kahunda-Muhwezi confirmed the closure of the account in dfcu Bank at Makerere where the students' tuition was being deposited.
