Aamito in 'street style' spread in German Vogue magazine

Uganda's international model sensation Aamito Lagum was featured in the April edition of the German Vogue magazine.

This is the fourth time Aamito is featured in a Vogue magazine, after British, Spanish and Netherlands editions.

The magazine spread, entitled 'Street Smart', also featured Dominican model Ysaunny Brito wearing African-inspired jewellery.

"I don't really remember much of this shoot, we did it a long tie ago," Aamito said when contacted. "What I remember is that it was in New York and was really long. We would start at 6am and not stop till after 11pm. Really hard work."

Aamito won the inaugural Africa's Next Top Model in 2014, beating out 12 other models from all across Africa.
