Keko to retire from music

Famed for some of her hit singles like ‘How we do it’ and ‘Make You Dance’, Keko’s rise to fame began in 2010 with the release of 'Fallen heroes', a track on which she appeared alongside other established Ugandan artistes like Don MC,SP and Davis.

Ugandan rapper, Keko (Jocelyne Tracey) has revealed that she will soon throw in the towel on doing music; bring to an end her illustrious rapping career that earned her a slot as one of the greatest female MCs on the African continent.

Famed for some of her hit singles like ‘How we do it' and ‘Make You Dance', Keko's rise to fame began in 2010 with the release of 'Fallen heroes', a track on which she appeared alongside other established Ugandan artistes like Don MC,SP and Davis.  

 The rapper revealed the news of her planned retirement on her official tweeter account. "Yes I am retiring from recording music. I hope my last compositions add to the legacy.

Thank you for being supportive and buying the music," she tweeted.

"Love from Venus will be my last works. I am sorry if I have disappointed anyone but after long thought, I feel it's for the best," she added.
