The Bamburi Rugby Super Series continue this Saturday with Uganda franchise Protector Victoria in a mouthwatering must-win tie against Kenya’s Ndovu at Kakamega.

Victoria that lost 10-3 in their opening fixture against Kenya side Chui, must win Saturday's game if their hope of making it to the knockout stage are to stay alive.

Coach Robert Sseguya told the New Vision online that his charges are ready and are well prepared for the show down.

“We committed amateur mistakes just because the boys were a bit intimidated but we had a team talk and are aware that the team glory lies in their hands,” Sseguya stated.

The game to be hosted at Kakamega High School grounds, kick off with two Kenya sides Papa Nguvu taking on UAP Kifaru in Pool B before paving way for the day's top draw between defending champions Ndovu against Uganda's Victoria Protectors in Pool A.

Papa, previously played under the name Lions in past editions, started their 2014 campaign on a winning note, seeing off hosts Hima Rwenzori 25-6 last weekend at the Kyadondo Rugby Grounds in Kampala.

Augustine Lugonzo was voted man of the match in that game and is expected to lead his charges against a Kifaru

Victoria are in last chance motel, coming into this fixture with the full knowledge that a loss ends whatever interest and ambitions they have in the 2014 tournament.

These fixtures will be broadcast live on Zuku Sports Channel 301.
