MP Nsereko summoned over fraud

Kampala Central MP Mohammed Nsereko has been summoned to appear before the High Court over fraud.
 
Nsereko has been dragged to court by Moses Oroni who accuses the MP of selling to him land which had already been sold to another party.
 
Oroni's petition to High Court reveals that he entered into a sale agreement with Nsereko for the land on plot 21 at Perrymen Lane and paid sh50m but failed to acquire the tittle.
 
Nsereko allegedly promised to compensate him with another plot on plot 23 and asked for another sh16m.
 
Oroni claims he later learnt that Nsereko sold that plot to another party.
