The Government of Uganda (GOU), represented by the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MOFPED), has secured a Loan from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) toward the cost of the Construction and Equipping of a Technical Institute in Nakaseke District (CETIN) Project under Loan No. 691 and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to eligible payments under the contract for which this bid notice is issued. The scope of works under the project is summarized in the table below:
