Hospice Africa Uganda (HAU) was founded in 1993 with the mission of offering Palliative Care to patients and their families suffering from life-limiting illnesses including cancer and HIV/ AIDS.
Hospice Africa Uganda (HAU) was founded in 1993 with the mission of offering Palliative Care to patients and their families suffering from life-limiting illnesses including cancer and HIV/ AIDS. This involves the use of modern methods of pain and symptom control as well as whole person (holistic) care for patients. Hospice Africa Uganda has a head office in Kampala (Makindye) and site offices in Mbarara and Hoima Districts.
