1. FOREST CERTIFICATION:
The National Forest Plan 2011/12-2021/22, considers forest certification as the desired management approach for Uganda’s forest by 2022. Accordingly ,WWF Uganda Country Office, with funding from Danida through WWF Denmark is promoting forest certifi cation as a superior tool to achieving sustainable forest management in Uganda.
