A primary school teacher Stephen Ochora a resident of Iriaga in Laroo division in Gulu municipality is seeking for financial assistance from good Samaritans or any charity organization to aid the operation of his baby.

Ochora, a teacher at Laliya Primary school says he’s in need of about 2.8 million shillings to undertake the operation of one of his twins who was born without sexual organs, buttocks and an anal opening.

Ochora’s wife Beatrice Anena 23 delivered twins on Wednesday by caesarean operation at Gulu regional referral hospital but one of babies came out with abnormal conditions having a very light skin surface that can give a view of all the internal body organs.

“When my wife went into labour, I brought her to the hospital and she was found to be having twins but could not deliver normally, so they had to operate on her,” Ochara said.

He added that her pressure was fluctuating, sometimes going high and sometimes going below normal.

He said one of the twins; a girl, came out normal but the second child whose sex cannot be established since it has no sex organs came out with several abnormalities.

“The child has got no anus, sex organ, part of its intestines are protruding out,” Said Ochora.

“It also has a very transparent skin around the abdomen and you can see all the other internal organs,” he added.

Nurses at the Neonatal ward at Gulu referral hospital say the operation can only be done from Mulago National Referral hospital in Kampala.

“I am unable to raise this amount of money now to aid this operation and so I am appealing to people with the capacity to help me with financial support so that the condition of my child can be brought to normal,” Pleaded Ochora.

“I also want its life to be saved” He added.
