Centre for Domestic Violence Prevention has asked the Police to intensify their crack down on men who undress women they deem to be dressed indecently.

The executive director of the centre Tina Musuya says the Police should deal seriously with these men who do not understand the pornographic law resulting into the increasing violence by men against the women.

Musuya adds that as government prepares to review the Act, it must also sensitise the public about the clauses embedded in it to avoid the public's misinterpretation of the law.

Meanwhile, the Police have warned people planning to demonstrate against the Anti Pornography law to follow the right procedures before staging any demonstration in and around Kampala.

The DPC of Kampala Central Police station Denis Namuwooza says Police will stop any gathering in Kampala if its members fail to comply with the public order management Act.

Namuwooza was responding to reports of a planned demonstration by women activists against the Anti Pornography law at National Theatre in Kampala.
