KCC v Al Merrikh
EL Merrikh arrived in Uganda ahead of the return leg of their CAF Champions League tie with KCCA confident of causing an upset at Namboole this weekend.
“KCCA have a better chance but we shall also try our best to overturn the result,” stated coach Michael Kruger shortly after the team arrived at Entebbe Airport.
“We are not here for sightseeing but football” the German tactician stated.
“It was a black Saturday. The entire team played badly. KCCA on the other hand played like a unit. They caught us cold on two counter attacks.”
