The Government of Uganda (GoU) with support of the World Bank (WB) will implement an Output and Performance Based Road Contract - Asset Management, as a way of improving the mode and method of road management of the Tororo - Mbale - Soroti - Lira - Kamdini Road. The road links the Port of Mombasa to South Sudan and parts of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).U
