Kayunga Hospital stranded with a petty thief body

Doctors in Kayunga Hospital are stranded with the dead body of a thief who was lynched by the people during the Kabaka’s visit at Ntenjeru County quarters (Ssaza) in Kayunga district.

The deceased was beaten to death by the mob when he snatched a mobile phone from a woman identified as Ester Nakalema, a resident of Nazigo Sub-County, Mukono district who had gone to cherish Kabaka’s visit.

The deceased had no documents which has made it difficult to trace his home area.

Police spokesperson Central region Lamecca Kigozi blamed the acts of mob justice and cautioned people to always report the criminals to the police.

“As police we blame mob justice, any criminal should be reported to police and we leave the law to take its course,” Kigozi says.

The hospital management has called upon any one who mighty know the ware bouts of the deceased to provide information to the hospital.
