Athletics: Ndejje University warns rivals

Ndejje University athletes are keen to maintain their prowess in the Inter University Games next due month.

The event will be held at the Uganda Christian University, Mukono.

Ndejje sports co-ordinator said the Luwero giants are in good shape ahead of the show to have 23 teams.

“I know UCU have home advantage. But the good thing is that we have a better competitive edge,” Winfred Muhumuza stated.

At the last event in 2011, Ndejje won in the men’s and women’s badminton, women’s swimming, women’s volleyball, tennis, soccer and athletics.
