The Omukama of Toro, Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukiidi IV will today October 16, be part of the thousands of students who will graduate at the Winchester University in Hampshire, South-East England.
The Omukama will be awarded a Bachelors of Business Management degree, according to the Kingdom’s deputy information minister, Vincent Mugume.
The Omukama was yesterday seen off at the Enteebe International Airport by the Prime Minister of Toro Kingdom, Steven Kaliba, deputy Prime Minister Harriet Nyakake and cabinet ministers among others.
He was accompanied by queen mother Best Kemigisa and princess Ruth Komuntale.
