A truck on Thursday afternoon lost control in the business center of Kampala at Buganda Road near Watoto church injuring two people.
A city rubbish collection truck registration number UAJ 127N lost control and rammed into the premises of a local radio station 104.1 Power FM which left two unidentified people injured.
Eye witnesses said that, the truck was in a poor condition and implored the traffic officers to put strict laws on such trucks.
They added that it was by luck that there was no traffic jam; many people could have been affected.
The traffic officer at the scene said that the accident was a result of loose footbrakes and careless driving.
He added that, the victims were admitted for first aid and the driver of the truck will be charged with careless driving.
This was the third accident following a fatal accident in Nateete, a Kampala suburb where four people were reported to have perished others were admitted in critical condition.
The accident was caused by a truck registration number UAN 881A carrying fired wood which lost control and crashed into the digital TV set shop.
