The Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Mutebi Mutebi II has opened the 20th session of the Lukiiko, (parliament) with a call to his subjects to work for development.

The Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Mutebi Mutebi II has opened the 20th session of the Lukiiko, (parliament) with a call to his subjects to work for development.
“I implore you to work together for development,” the Kabaka said in his three-minute speech.
The Kabaka thanked God for the protection for his 20-year reign and appreciated his subjects for the happiness and friendship exhibited.
He congratulated the newly Mengo appointed ministers and urged them to serve the kingdom diligently.
The Kabaka clad in a white Kanzu and a red royal gown was accompanied by the Nabagereka Sylvia Nagginda.
