Kabaka to open 21st Lukiiko

The Kabaka Ronald Mutebi will on Monday officially open the 21st Lukiiko at Bulange, Mengo.

The Kabaka is expected to address the Lukiiko over several issues and at the same time officially close the 20th Lukiiko. He will expect arrive at Bulange at about 10:00am.
