PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni on Thursday used four words in Lugbara to sensitize the people of Terego County on creation of wealth for the households.
The president opened a sh2.1b water project at Omugo and later addressed a mammoth crowd at the sub county grounds using the words ‘zota’, ‘lonyi’, ‘angu’ and ‘enzo’ to rally people towards total transformation of their community and households.

The president emphasized that development or ‘zota’ in general including roads, hospitals and other public amenities that are shared can translate into nothing if ‘lonyi’ or household wealth is not generated by the house holds.
The president also asked the people to conserve the environment saying many people in the region had either planted wrong choice of trees or had cut down trees without replacement leaving the environment bare.

He cautioned people against lies which he notes had been perpetrated by some people to the people of West Nile.
Museveni said the National Resistance Movement brought the people from exile thus there should be no reason to divide them along tribal lines.
