Adam dares Blick in CMC challenge rally

The crew of Adam Rauf and Joseph Bongole in a Mitsubishi Evo9 has vowed to give NRC table leader Arthur Blick Jr a run for his money this weekend in the TOTAL CMC Challenge rally.

The crew of Adam Rauf and Joseph Bongole in a Mitsubishi Evo9 has vowed to give NRC table leader Arthur Blick Jr a run for his money this weekend in the TOTAL CMC Challenge rally.

Adam who last month paired with Blick in the FMU Sprint at Busiika and lost, said that he is out to prove his worth.

"We can beat Blick and we are ready to upset him if they pair us again," Adam stated.

Blick upbeat

Arthur Blick Jr. and Unisan Bakunda in a Subaru N10 pro drive are ready for the rally on Sunday.

"We are aware of the challenges of opening the route when residents and their livestock are not aware of the rally cars coming, but our plan is to attack 100 percent despite such challenges," Blick stated.

Fitidis fired up

Christakis Fitidis and Eric Nzamwita in Subaru N12 when contacted said that the routes are challenging but he is out to battle the young drivers.

"We are ready and targeting a podium finish. Rallying is not about powerful cars but skills and we shall give the young drivers a run for their money," Fitidis stated.

"We have the experience to take on any situation so we are not scareds," Fitidis stated after reccing.

Safety

Dr. Ahmed Ashraf cautioned drivers to observe safety as he said," The roads will be impassable if it rains.We have to be very careful and cautious"

Blick (160pts) is leading the NRC standings with 60 points ahead of second placed Duncan Mubiru in Subaru N14 R4 and Wilbert   Pole Pole Mitsubishi Evo 8(90pts).
