The King of Toro Kingdom, Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru the fourth, has offered four acres of Kingdom land to American investors to establish a recreation centre.
TORO- The King of Toro Kingdom, Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru the fourth, has offered four acres of Kingdom land to American investors to establish a recreation centre.
The centre which will be located in Bukwali East Division Fort Portal municipality will house a soccer and rugby stadium, a track for other forms of athletics, an Olympic size swimming pool, a basketball and lawn tennis court.
During a meeting with the investors, King Oyo said this facility will greatly benefit the youths in Toro and Uganda as a whole.
John Cullom, the team leader from USA said the project seeks to promote academics and physical exercises among Toro Kingdom youth.
