Man defile 8-year-old girl, seeks pardon

NGORA - A 19-year-old man who allegedly defiled an 8-year- old girl is seeking for pardon from the victim’s parents.

The suspect identified as Joseph Oduut who admits to have committed the felony is begging the girl girl’s parent’s forgiveness.

Oduut a resident of Morukakise Mukura Sub County is held at Ngora central Police Station.

Ngora Central Police Station criminal investigations boss, Florence Acham, a bed sheet with stains of blood was recovered.

His file has been sent to the Resident State Attorney for perusal and for legal advice.
