A UPDF soldier is on the run after shooting dead a woman in the northern district of Gulu. Security operatives are hunting for Lance Corporal Kennedy Okumu for killing a woman only identified as Fida after a misunderstanding. The suspect is attached to the 29th Battalion in Bia-bia detache.
