Mudoola upbeat ahead of Bamburi final

RWENZORI coach Fred Mudoola is optimistic his side can win the Bamburi Rugby super Series trophy for the first time in 11 years.

Mudoola revealed this after the national team (Rugby Cranes) technical bench softened on their stand and allowed national team players to travel with Rwenzori for the final against Kenya side Ndovu tomorrow in Nairobi.

“I am at least relieved after we (technical bench) agreed to let a strong side take on Ndovu in this final. We are targeting to win the trophy for the first time in 11 years,” Mudoola stated in an interview after naming the team traveling on Wednesday.

Mudoola early this week reinforced the team with Rugby Cranes 7s team stars Emmanuel Echudu, Arthur Mukama, Ronald Adigas and Solomon Mawanda. Solomon Okia, Faizal Gama, Adnan Mutebi, Mathew Egeru, Alex Mubiru, Arnold Nyawanga, Marvin Odong, Ronald Adigas, Joseph Aredo, Chris Lubanga, Ronnie Musoke, Solomon Mawanda, Davis Kiwalabye, Uhuru Charles and Asuman Mugerwa.

The others are, Michael Wokorach, Arthur Mukama, Denis Mulo, Brian Jemba, and Scot Oluoch, Emanuel Echudu Denis Etuket.
