Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the government of Uganda's public procurement and disposal of assets Act No 1 2003 and the public procurement and disposal of public Assets regulations No 70 of 2003 and is open to all eligble bidders from Uganda.
