THE New Vision will tomorrow issue its ninth edition of the annual magazine in which experts in different fields have their take on what the New Year has in stock.

According to Vision Group’s managing editor (editorial), David Mukholi, the magazine will give readers a reliable insight into the year 2015.

“Readers will find this magazine a reliable piece of journalism that they can keep and refer to throughout the year,” Mukholi said.

The 66-page magazine has write-ups on political and socio-economic areas of concern by carefully selected writers, whose grasp of issues has over the years seen their predictions in previous editions, come to pass.

From health, education, regional integration, security, entertainment, lifestyle to transport; the ninth edition will bring readers up-close with developments in these areas and what new developments the next 12 months might bring.

And with a year preceding a major election cycle, the magazine offers an invaluable take on the major political players and the jostling for positions as parties pick their flag-bearers at different levels.

“This magazine is a must-read because it has a good record of accurately predicting major developments in both Uganda and the region,” said Kalungi Kabuye, New Vision’s contributing editor.

According to Mukholi, the first edition of this magazine came out in 2006 as part of New Vision’s commitment to give its readers, ‘something extra’.

The magazine is free. New Vision readers will find a copy inserted in tomorrow’s newspaper.
