KCCA's Musisi scoops best quality leadership award

Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) executive director, Jenifer Musisi, has won the best Quality Leadership Award 2014.

She received the accolade in Las Vegas in the United States of America.

The Best Quality Leadership Award, run by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR), recognizes the organizations, companies, public administrations and individuals that have demonstrated outstanding leadership by taking innovative and initiative-driven steps to improve and advance the development of Quality.

Best Quality Leadership Award presentation ceremony took place on Tuesday at the hotel Stratosphere in Las Vegas.

Top companies, public administrations and organizations, which excel in their services/products and continue to push the limits of quality with innovations, received Best Quality Leadership Award for their hard work and achievements, in the presence of the international business community.

The Best Quality Leadership Award program takes a comprehensive look at the initiatives and strategies that business leaders implement in their companies and organizations; it recognizes the efforts of exceptional and talented employers and employees and provides motivation for continuous progress.
