TUESDAY'S swearing-in ceremony of Uhuru Kenyatta as the fourth president of Kenya was graced by a number of dignitaries among them Heads of state from Africa and special envoys from around the world.

President Yoweri Museveni delivered this speech during the ceremony held at Kasarani Staduim in Nairobi.
