KAMPALA - There always comes a time when a great empire dominates all before claiming its bounty. Today, is one of those times that happens at the Castle Lite Friday Night Lights basketball grand finale.

History is set to be written when Team KB08 plays Team Malinga for the grand and bountiful cash prize at the season 3 finale of Friday Night Lights basketball at the YMCA court.

After producing a consistent performance to champion two seasons, the reigning FNL aristocrats,Team Ikong were two weeks ago brought to their knees by a gallant Team Malinga who eventually knocked then out of the finals race.

Achieving the fete of knocking out the defending champions should keep Team Malinga in the highest of spirits. However, the ultimate test lies in today's face off against Team KB08.

Still riding on an unbeaten run in this season 3, Team KB08 are yet to display any chinks in their armour when they face up to Malinga and his troops for the ultimate prize.

The fanciful desires of Team KB 08 winning their first FNL title will come to pass if and when they successfully erase a much bigger Team Malinga tonight.

As the FNL finalists battle for bragging rights, blind loyalists and fans will also be literally blindfolded at the free throw line shooting for a chance to win the impressive shs 8million KCB blind shot.

Whichever fan sinks just one shot whilst blindfolded, wins him/herself sh8m.

Season 3 of the fan-filled Castle Lite FNL is supported by 91.3 Capital FM, Rwenzori Water, Samsung Mobile, KCB Uganda, Channel O and powered by Kinetic Management group.
