TOTAL E&P UGANDA (‘Company’), an Oil and Gas exploration company, requires the services of a reputable contractor to provide Civil Work Services for Restoration of Drill pads on Exploration Area 1 in Uganda.

TOTAL E&P UGANDA (‘Company’), an Oil and Gas exploration company, requires the services of a reputable contractor to provide Civil Work Services for Restoration of Drill pads on Exploration Area 1 in Uganda. These services will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Provision of civil work equipment to handle restoration work in Exploration Area 1.

• Provision of civil work personnel (Project manager/ Working team / HSE advisor) in Lake Albert region

• Provision of competent Environment personnel to follow site restoration in Lake Albert region

The restoration works consist of refurbishing the areas that have been built and render it to their original state, by (but not only) removing the construction materials, landscaping the site and replanting original species.

Minimum requirements:

a) Minimum experience in similar contracts within Uganda, East Africa or internationally;

b) Suitably qualified and experienced personnel :

• Project manager with minimum 15 years experience in similar contracts

• Site supervisor with minimum 10 years experience in similar contracts

• Experienced and certified personnel for heavy machinery (bulldozer / grader / roller ...)

c) Equipment required for the services at international standards and with minimum quantity as follows:

• Two (2) Grader type 240G

• Two (2) Bulldozer type D6R / D7

• One (1) Track Excavator, 225

• One (1) Wheel Loader, 938

• Two (2) Vibratory roller, minimum 10T

• One (1) Water bowser, minimum 10M3

• Five (5) Tipper trucks 20 TON

• One (1) Low bed Truck and Trailer

• One (1) JCB Backhoe 3DX / 3CX

• One (1) Hydraulic Breaker

• Light vehicle / shuttle equipped with Roll Over Protection, Airbag and minimum safety devices

d) Available capacity to undertake the assignment :

• Workshop / Camp / Base located in the Lake Albert region

• Project manager dedicated to Company work.

• Equipment mobilisation within a week in Lake Albert region after contract award.

 

e) HSE capability to perform the proposed contract: HSE Policy.
