PLE results out today

The Education Ministry is set to release results for candidates who sat for their Primary Leaving Examinations late last year.

The Education Ministry is set to release results for candidates who sat for their Primary Leaving Examinations late last year.

The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) issued a statement on Friday announcing that the PLE results will be out this morning. The release of results in Kampala will only be open to the press.

Parents will be expected to pick results of their candidates from their respective schools; after results have been released.

According to the education ministry's programme, Senior One students start their first term on February 4. Consequently, selection of students to be admitted in Senior One is expected this week.  

The New Vision and other Vision Group platforms will give opportunity to the PLE candidates who scored Aggregate 4 and 5 to be featured.
