Literacy and Adult Basic Education is an indigenous not-for-profit NGO established in 1989. With support from Comic Relief under project number GR002-12536, it is implementing a 5 year project called Children’s School Readiness and Retention (RARE) in the 8 districts of Northern Uganda & West Nile Region – namely Arua, Koboko, Yumbe, Amuru, Nwoya, Adjumani, Gulu and Moyo.

 LABE maintains offices in 6 of the above districts, co-ordinated from the head quarters in Kampala. LABE invites interested and eligible entities to submit their sealed applications for purposes of pre-qualification for the following category numbers and corresponding description of goods and services.
