Black to go after pastors who diddled her

Shanita Namuyimbwa's release from jail is not coming as good news for so many people around town who benefited from her generosity.  

Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black is known to have loaned a lot of money to business people and musicians around town who were relieved to see her in jail.

There were also reports that while she was hustling to come up with the sh100m bail money before her release Thursday afternoon, the beneficiaries would chase away anyone who approached them for help. 

A story is told of how her new best friend, Halima Namakula who traversed different corners of the city seeking out the beneficiaries, appraoched a club owner who used to siphon her money for help and he almost had her thrown out of the window into the traffic below.

The revelation comes to light after it was revealed that some of her beneficiaries were pastors who diddled her of lump sums of money in exchange for what turned out to be false prophesies.

It has been reported that there are some city pastors who living large on the money she gave them in her good old days. 

A top city pastor our team talked to has intimated that while still a free bird, Bad Black approached him for a prophecy into her life, ready to pay him using a cheque worth millions of shillings, but that he declined, saying he didn’t sell God’s gift of prophecy for any amount.

The pastor said some shrewd Ugandans connected disappointed Bad Black to some swift city pastors, who gobbled her millions and prophesied the exact opposite of what she is going through now. 

Sources close to Bad Black now say she is planning to go after and expose these pastors now that she has got bail.

What transpired at court

At about 2.00pm after Black's lawyers adducing proof of fulfillment of bail conditions by paying sh100m, the Deputy Chief Registrar, Harriet Nalukwago Ssali, confirmed that she was free to go and would be reporting to court every two weeks.

An excited Bad Black paced up and downt the corridors of the court house relaying the good news of her freedom on phone to friends. She excitedly hugged whoever she came across as she could not believe she was free at last.

Armed with a bible, she declared how she had now seen the light and would immediately ditch men and follow Christ, and that Christ was her only man. She read a verse, Psalm 27: 1: The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom should I fear? as testimony that she had indeed seen the light.

Present as court to witness her moment of joy were her parents Nashiri Jjombwe her father(whom she once denied) and her mother Masitula Jjombwe. These two together with her uncle Asuman Nkolo and Felix Kawuma stood as sureties.

Her father however confided in Bukedde newspaper and told them the talk of turning to Christ was only due to the moment of joy.

Black also went to great lengths to reveal that Jose Chameleone has been there for her from the onset of her troubles, and that he always visited her in jail. She also mentioned Bebe Cool, Eddy Kenzo and of course, Halima Namakula.
