Spear motors turned 40 years on April 30, 2014. The company was founded by the renowned businessman Prof. Gordon Wavamuno and incorporated in 1973. It first began by establishing its headquarters at the International conference centre which was later moved to Udyam House and then Kitigum House along Jinja Road.
