KASANGATI - Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) leader Dr Kizza Besigye wants court to stop Police deployment on his property in Kasangati, Wakiso district.

He faults the Police for wrongful deployment on his property, citing oppression and lack of respect by the Police force who he accuses of infringing on his human rights.

“My lawyers are processing a court order to see that Police removes its road-block and deployment on my land and the access road to my house,” Besigye said Thursday after reports emerged that the Police had deployed heavily around his home.

Kasangati Police boss Seiko Chemonges, however, refuted the accusations, saying it was normal security deployment in the area.
