Samuel Kaboggoza, an eyewitnesses and a resident of Nakitoma  in Nakasongola  said the owner the donkey failed to control it yet the cattle truck was  speeding.

James Semyalo, Nakitoma sub county chairperson said   transportation of cattle which is among  the major sources of revenue for both the sub county and the district is still a challenge   due to overloading and overspreading.
