Massa ruled out of Zambia clash

NET-buster Geoffrey Massa and fellow striker Brian Umony have been ruled out of Cranes’ Africa Nations Cup first leg qualifier against Zambia at Mwanawasa stadium in Ndola, September 8.

The two were excluded from Coach Bobby Williamson’s squad of 23 players announced yesterday due to injuries.

Both strikers underwent operations and Williamson insists their absence will not impact on his side as long as other players are available for training. 

“Their absence will have no impact on my team. Not at all,” Williamson said. Hamis Kiiza, Emma Okwi, Robert Ssentongo are the strikers in camp.
