1. The Government of the Republic of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the North Eastern Road-corridor Asset Management Project (NERAMP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
2. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the Project Management and Monitoring of the Design, Build, Maintain, Operate and Transfer (DBMOT) contract over a 9-year period, including rehabilitation, improvement, periodic maintenance and emergency works.
