The Government of Uganda has received a Credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Agricultural Technology and Agribusiness Advisory Services (ATAAS) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to payments under the contract for consultancy services for the development of NARO Business Plans for fifteen (16) Public Agricultural Research Institutes (PARI’s) that shall be summarised and consolidated into one National Agricultural Research Organisation (NARO) Business Plan.
