African Secrets drops suit against Happy Science Uganda

African Secrets Limited has dropped a suit in which it had claimed Happy Science Uganda had not met its obligations in an agreement they reached in the use of the former’s buses on 23 June 2012.

The consent judgment was passed by the High Court in Kampala.

Both parties through their lawyers agreed that neither of them shall make any other claim against the other in future.

These followed a suit filed on July 19 at the commercial court in Kampala by African secrets limited.
