Police open city land board office amid chaos

The Inspector General Police, Kale Kayihura has ordered the opening of the Kampala District Land Board office which has been sealed off for more than two months over alleged fraud.  

Earlier, the Police sprayed teargas to disperse a group of KCCA councilors, the Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago and the city land board chairperson, Yusuf Nsibambi from forcing their way into the office at City Hall.
